Ernest’s Autism has taught me (and many other parents) to think outside the box, persistent and resilient. Spider has eight legs, we have hundreds or may be thousands of “hands and legs” to constantly “fighting or advocating” for our children. Without advocating, our children do not stand a chance to cope or flourish. Multi-tasking parents always ended up like a ninja, always evolving love in action for them. Definition of ninja: a Japanese fighter, especially in the past, who moves and acts with out being seen and usually carries a short sword. Are you one of us? LOL
